Taiji is often described as “meditation in motion”. Originated in China as a martial art, Taiji has shown value in treating or preventing many health problems. In Basic Taiji Practice, students exercises base on TCM meridian theory for warm up. A simplify 5-move is introduce followed by warm down exercise.

Students can achieve better balance, improved blood circulation and relaxation of the mind from the practice. They can also have a glimpse into the principles of Taiji.
