Level: Intermediate
This practice involves synchronizing one’s breath with the full sequence of postures in a dynamic and vigorous movement. Endurance and graceful flow are achieved as asanas are weaved through vinyasa. Vinyasa is a dynamic series of jumping and flowing movements guided by the breath. During the practice, intense internal heat is produced and one may experience profuse purifying through perspiration where the body detoxifies, strengthening one’s muscles and working on flexibility of the entire body. The results of this practice are improved blood circulation, a lighter and stronger body and a calm mind. This class is suitable for students who have been practicing regularly. This is a suitable for students who enjoy a faster paced class.
