Peggy has been teaching since 2017 after been certified in Hatha Vinyasa 200hrs and subsequently also went on to be certified with Pre Post Natal Yoga to be able to assist more mothers with keeping active during their pregnancy physically and supporting them emotionally and mentally.
Her teaching style consists of allowing the clients to get to know their bodies, understand their unique movements and limitations and how to be able to bring out the best in themselves without judgement nor comparisons. Enabling them to step out of the class feeling great and equipped with a deeper sense of understanding of themselves.
She has an energetic and outgoing personality that enables her to build effective relationships with students of all background and skills levels. She enjoys inspiring people to connect the movement with breathe thru the practice.
