In light of the COVID-19 and circuit breaker, we’re offering some closed group sessions online to help everyone adjust and start working out in the comfort of our own homes.
This is the time where we can no longer give ourselves the excuse(s) for not having enough space or time to workout. It’s time we appreciate what we have and make the best out of it.
After all, isn’t our home where the heart is?

Classes are held online using Zoom software, which can be downloaded from the respective iOS and Play stores for Apple and Android devices, or from the Zoom website.
⇒ Please note that all classes are password protected. You will need to register in order to obtain a password for entry.

Privacy & Security
- All classes will be password-protected / a unique link will be used
- You will be able to enter only after approval by the host/teacher, hence do make sure you are using a recognisable/familiar username
- The session will be locked 5 minutes after the class commences
- Recording is not allowed
- We trust that all participants will behave appropriately, otherwise, you will be removed
Preparation
- Choose your hardware – you may use any device you have: smartphone, tablet or laptop
- Download Zoom and register for an account
- Use a recognisable username or screen name. Avoid using names such as Batman, YogaQueen, etc.
- It will be advisable to use your own account. Try not to share accounts
Practice Space
- Look for a suitable spot in your home
- Ensure there’s enough space for you to move around: remove/shift your furniture if necessary. Safety is key!
- Lay out your mat and other props you have (eg. yoga blocks, straps, resistance band, etc.)
Before the Session
- Ensure your device has sufficient battery or keep it plugged into the power source for the duration of the class
- Check that your device is connected to your WiFi network or switch to Mobile Data
- Place your water bottle and towel close to your mat
- Look for a suitable place for your device, open the front camera to check if your practice space is shown in the frame and adjust your setup if necessary
- Use the unique link or meeting ID and password sent to you and enter our waiting room on Zoom at least 5 minutes before the commencement of the class
