Teacher: Annie Low

Dance
Annie started dancing as young as the age of 5 years old with the introduction to Traditional Chinese Dance and Basic Ballet, and then Modern Dance and Contemporary when it was first introduced to Singapore, had nurtured her to have a good dance foundation with postures and dance techniques. Lucky her that she was taught by Singapore Top Chinese Dance Instructors like Liu Shui Feng, Xiao Yue Peng and Yan Choong Lian during her school days who has also won a few championships in the Talentime Competitions then.

She was also formerly a Chinese dance student and a Drama student at the Practice Performing Arts Centre pursing her passions further which also has led her to be one of the leading roles in Theatre Performance. Subsequently, Annie joined Foreigners Dance Productions and was then introduced to various event performances and dance genres, and followed by being the resident podium dancers in many top local clubs then.

Annie is also selected to be the Lead Female Actress as her double body for a local Mediacorp Drama series musical in 2011.

PILOXING
Annie loves the rush that Jab Variations gives, Standing Pilates to strengthen while Dance is already in her. Boxing in PILOXING reminds her of her martial arts experiences too which led her to be a Certified Instructor for both PILOXING SSP and PILOXING BARRE programs.

Power Pilates
As a Dancer since young, having the knowledge to selfheal own body postures’ aches and pains has been Annie’s dream. Hence in 2019, she completed and fulfilled her dream with POWERPILATES as a Certified Core Mat I Teacher

Since then, she has been actively teaching POWERPILATES and guided many with proven results building a stronger core, support better body alignment and healthier lifestyle through various classes at Studios/Corporates to Public programs.

Today, being able to dance, and to conduct Dance, Fitness and Wellness classes makes her look forward to every new challenge during each performance or class! Also not forgetting to always learn and keep up with the new dance, fitness and wellness generations too.
